When a building that is 1,000,000 sq.ft land becomes a premium. With needing adequate space for stormwater, a simple stormwater management pod wouldn't work, as they needed the space for commercial trucks to drive from loading bays, and for parking. 

With the storage capacity of 11,663 m³ this dual use product (O-Series®) was used. Typically used for bridge applications, this triple cell O-Series® that is designed to the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (CHBDC) was effectively used for this application. This was a very tight deadline for installation 144 precast O-Series® units, and only took 10 days before it was completed and ready for backfill and paving.
