CSA-A23.3-14 - Clause 16.2.1 - All precast concrete elements covered by this standard shall be manufactured and erected in accordance with CSA A23.4.

CSA-A23.4-16 - Clause 4.2 Prequalification - Precast concrete elements produced and installed in accordance with this Standard shall be produced by prequalified manufacturers.
